Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, finding it convenient for their needs and close to key destinations. Many also found the beds to be comfortable, contributing positively to their stay. However, there were frequent complaints about the quality of service, with several guests describing staff as rude or unhelpful, and issues with reservations and deposits. Cleanliness was another concern, with reports of dirty rooms, leftover belongings, and pest sightings. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others dissatisfied with the options or cleanliness. Overall, while the location and beds were highlights, service and cleanliness need improvement.

The hotel is not as grand as it could be and probably what it once was. Restaurant was only open for breakfast and it didn't open until 7 am. We were unable to eat at restaurant as we left hotel every day at 7 to meet our appointments. Bar was never open. The hot tub was not even hot and the bubbles didn't work. The paint is flaking off around the pool and gets on your feet and in the water. The p...

The bed was comfortable and clean. The bath was nice and clean. I have no confidence that the hotel was following their stated COVID cleaning policy. The coffee maker in my room was full of moldy water. I was also told that no smoking was allowed in their rooms but a strong smell of cigarette smoke invaded my room every night.

Pros (+) No breakfast or even coffee offered
Cons (-) Coffee and breakfast

Cons (-) There was hair on the shower wall. I wasn’t able to take a shower and didn’t request to change rooms because I didn’t want to be inconvenienced And it wouldn’t have made a difference since the same cleaning crew was probably used for the other rooms

Pros (+) The location and staff were fantastic.
Cons (-) The hotel is undergoing renovations. My room did not have a proper bathroom door and the lights weren't always working. But since there were no other rooms available, we couldn't get another room. We decided to leave a day earlier than our reservation was for because it was just not very comfortable.
