I booked a room with a balcony, didn't happen. Also, the minute I walked into the room it smelled like a smoking room. I've always stayed at Double tree when I go to Durango, but the rooms definitely need to be updated. The good thing is my husband and I didn't stay in the room much, but if we had I probably would of complained and asked for a different room.

The hotel is rundown. The cleaning of the bathroom was subpar. The check-in staff were not friendly. Not worth what you pay for.
