Noisy fans running through the night. Struggling to sleep due to noise..
Very poor outdated hotel. Seriously needs upgraded. Only saving grace was Stewart, our host and the lovely Sammy's Restaurant attached. Staff there were incredible, as was the food. Would happily revisit Sammy's, but not the hotel
So poor decor, leaking shower hose. Toilet needs everything done. Cistern sounds line an earthquake when it refills. We could hear downstairs, so they could hear oursl
Ease of booking in by Stuart, no pressure put on and reassured that nothing was too much trouble. Always knew what was going on and when. Very attentive. The little added extras were good, shower gel and biscuits.
I wasn't to impressed that there were no doors on the wardrobe and me personally would prefer a larger cup/mug for a morning brew.
The shower was the best part
The small bathroom very small
Staff very polite and helpful. Sunnys restaurant next door, remarkably good food.
Shower held up with tie cables. Ancient, broken poor quality furniture. A child’s Frozen hair dryer. A leaking kettle. No toilet paper on arrival. Bed side lights not working. Unrelenting smell of vomit in the room. Sinking, uneven floor.
