This was a nice hotel, and I suspect at a different time it could have been a great stay. But the value was not good given the staffing issues they seemed to have right now. No hot breakfast, and the cold breakfast options were limited and running out. Coffee ran out, dirty dishes everywhere in the dining area. Pros (+) Being a highly utilized hotel, quality is one of the better refurbished hotels in area. Desk staff was excellent. Breakfast plentiful, but not well attended and refreshed.
Cons (-) Bath was very clean. Tub a little shabby for a Holiday Inn Express.
