Pros (+) Breakfast selections were amazing. Rooms were very nice. Hotel in general was very nice
Cons (-) Bed could have been more comfortable, hot tub chlorine was very strong that it was stinging my eyes. Check out time was a little early.
Pros (+) Location was nice, easy walk to Canal Park. Ask for waterside room if you want to watch the boats from your room, otherwise going to Canal Park is an easy walk also.
Cons (-) Only negative was we had prepaid on line through a 3rd party vendor vs through the hotel, and the cost had decreased significantly ($100 for 1 night) and there was nothing that could be done about that.

Pros (+) A clean, comfortable, roomy inn with complementry breakfast. Great room and bed. Located in a unique area of Duluth with a view of ship traffic. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and waterfront attractions. Would seek out a reservation there in the future.
Pros (+) The staff gave me royal treatment. From check in to check out. I didnt like my room, and they gave me the one I wanted and did so smiling. They are gracious and very hospitable. These people are not just going through the motions.
