The hotel was clean and located in the center of the Temple Bar district. Great location for night life and very easy to walk around. Staff was friendly and overall a great stay for the price. Minor issue with booking for the second time but would stay again.
The WiFi in the hotel was noticeably slower than some of our other stays in Ireland. We stayed at the hotel earlier in the week and told the staff we would be returning and would like to book again at this hotel. We were told we would receive a discount as a returning guest. We attempted to contact the hotel prior to booking the second stay and never heard back. When we returned they could not provide the discount and said they did not know we were returning, however we entered our rooms and there was a letter on the desk from the staff thanking us for returning. Overall not a big deal but was disappointing we could not get the discount as a returning guest when they knew we were returning.
The hotel was in a great location in the heart of the Temple Bar district. The staff was very accommodating and informative. The rooms were clean and well kept.
The WiFi was a little slow.
The location was amazing and it was a nice touch to offer ice cream on arrival
The rooms were quite basic with no touches you'd expect from this standard of hotel. I was double charged for the night and when I advised of this they said it was a banking error. I spoke with the bank they said that they'd authorised two transactions and gave me both authorisation codes. I don't know who's issue it was but communication was slow from the hotel. I did however get my refund in the end.
Location in Temple Bar.
No great out of hours room service
