Pros (+) The staff were brilliant. Comfortable bed. Loved the bar - Flanagans. Ideal location for attractions and very close to the tram.
Cons (-) Room 1. Very, very dark. No internet connection. Peeling wallpaper. Broken shower. Moved the next day where the room was okay but again very little internet connection. The toilet took ages to refill and was very noisy in doing so.

Pros (+) Great location in the city center
Cons (-) Too many stairs with no elevators, bathroom is really really small, and you could feel the bed coils on your back. Also there is no wifi in the rooms, only at reception and restaurant
