I have to cancel my booking because I didn't get my passport to travel after visa process Still hotel was not ready to refund money for two days booking when I tikd that I will still like to stay in hotel when I get my passport Till date no refund yet though they told they will be crediting one day amount out if two days since as per policy they can give me one day credit

Staff was excellent, check in/out was simple and efficient. Two restaurants onsite and grocery store across the street. A block away from the Marina walkway on the canal. Beautiful at night.
