Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to metro stations and convenience for shopping and tourism. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, with many reviews mentioning dirty rooms, presence of cockroaches, and poor housekeeping. Value for price is seen as average, with some guests feeling the hotel is not worth the cost. Bed comfort is also a concern for several guests. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive aspect, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and comfort.
