Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location near major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation, making it convenient for sightseeing and business. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with the service, citing unprofessional or unfriendly staff and issues with amenities such as towels and toiletries. Cleanliness is a concern for several guests, with reports of unclean rooms and inadequate housekeeping. Value for money is also questioned, as some guests feel the facilities and service do not match the price. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and value.
