Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are highly polarized. Many guests praised the helpful and friendly staff, highlighting individuals like Mr. Ram, Mr. Shah, Ms. Eman, and Asghar for their exceptional service and hospitality. The hotel's location, especially its proximity to popular areas like the gold Souq, was also appreciated. However, several guests reported significant issues with service, including unprofessional management, poor communication, unexpected extra charges, and lack of responsiveness to requests. Cleanliness and value for price received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the hotel clean and affordable, while others noted problems with amenities, old towels, and maintenance. Overall, while the staff and location stand out positively, service inconsistencies and additional costs were notable concerns.
