Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel staff for being friendly and helpful, with many noting smooth check-in and a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, as several guests found their rooms clean while others mentioned issues like dirty towels or unpleasant odors. Noise was a recurring problem for some, especially due to the hotel's proximity to the highway and thin walls. Other concerns included room size, lack of certain amenities, and occasional maintenance issues, but overall, the positive service stood out in most reviews.AI-generated from customer reviews
