The hotel was beautiful and the staff were so pleasant. Prosecco and strawberries on arrival and the views were stunning. Great evening meal only bettered by the breakfast
The service in the restaurant was appalling after 10 minutes we had to find a member of staff for some menus our drinks took an additional 15 minutes then . The menu was very basic and the food was not to good at all . Would not recommend.
Quiet comfortable spacious room. We were sorry the dining room wasn’t open but we had a lovely meal in the lounge.
Although breakfast is self-service there is a few other option. I fancied Eggs benedict but no one came back to take an order. We just settled for the self service option which was lovely. Inordered a pot of boiling water as my tea thought lovely was a bit strong. Water never arrived for breakfast. I asked another waitress and she promptly got me a pot of water
Spacious room, clean and tidy. Lovely small touches for my wifes birthday like the handwritten note, box of muffins and bottle of prosecco in the room upon arrival. The food and service was amazing. Such friendly and attentive staff. Best hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a lot!
Having to leave and go home.
Fabulous, warm and comfortable. The rooms are an incredible size, beautifully furnished and quiet.
Cold ramped corridor from the rooms to reception. Drunk Gypsies in the bar needed more control.
