Pros:Vehicle was in good condition.Cons:The larger vehicle I had reserved was not available when I arrived. It had been sent to Miami (for Superbowl). I had specifically reserved the extra large vehicle to transport groups of people. Had to make extra trips because my reservation was not kept. Also... I left my jacket in the vehicle. Trying to contact lost and found seems near impossible. I pout a description and request in the on-line Lost and Found... but have heard nothing. I'm not sure if the different rental agencies talk to each other... when I arrived they issued the vehicle through Thrifty (not Dollar)... do they get the same request for Lost and Found? -Spencer Wayne (507) 215-1604Reviewed Feb 10 2020

Pros:Contract and paid for one price and was handed and charge twice the amount at rental return even though I followed everything in the contract. I am in the process of contesting this.Reviewed Nov 30 2015

ServiceCons:Car was dirty (inside) and smelled of cigarette smoke at pick up, asked to change car but they said just write down what's wrong on the contract. Told them when ordering car that it didn't let me put in a different destination online so when I returned the car to another city they charged me another 100.00 dollars plus other fees. So when I talked to customer service they told I was lucky that was all I was getting charged. Service was rude and didn't want to even listen to me. I will definitely not use dollar rental again.Reviewed Nov 10 2016

Pros:The car was clean, the gas tank was not full when picked up. There was an adjustment made. The air work well, plenty of room for everything. Pick up was easy, returning not as much, walking to and from garage to terminal. Thank its a small airport KW.Reviewed Nov 13 2017

Easy as Key WestPros:This was a great deal. I had to run people to different military bases. Rented the car for less then $35 for the day. I called the taxis and it would have been $40 for each trip. The car was in great condition. The counter people friendly and easy to work with.Reviewed Jan 6 2017
