After my flight was delayed, I arrived at the Dollar location at about 6:04pm. The office was still open and two men behind the counter. I explained my situation and said I was there for my rental and that I was already checked in via pre check-in via email. I was abruptly told " sorry , we close at 6:00pm. You'll have to come back tomorrow ". I'm 75 and my wife is handicapped and 73, but they would not help us. Being an off airport location they left us on the street to fend for ourselves. Probably the worse customer service I've ever experienced. After picking up the car the next morning, I was told I should receive compensation for the shorter rental period from Kayak. We'll see if that's true. Needless to say, I'll never rent with Dollar again.Reviewed Jan 6 2025
