Line was very long even thought I pre checked in for faster pick up. There were only two ladies working the counter and they were obviously overworked and were being rude and yelling at customers. I Waited about 30-40 minutes even with pre check in. When I got to the car there was trash in the back seat and someone's phone charger. Went back in and they gave me another car.Reviewed Mar 30 2026
