Meetings cut short a day. Rushed back 75 miles to airport for a one day deduction. They would not credit because I prepaid in full for 2 days. Told me to call 800 number. They said same thing. Rules Rules. Rules. lol. Who reads the small print anyway. We just expect large national companies to treat us fair. They also told me at pick up that the 3rd party insurance purcjased from Kayak wold not be accepted and I would have to pay for any damages immediately and get reimbursed. They lost a customer. I asked them to remove me from Gold Rewards program. My new job requires a lot of travel but I will sign up with another rental company program with southern hospitality.2,0 Poor

They were closed at our pick up time for reservation. I was stranded at the air port for a few hours trying to figure out a ride.
