Pros (+) Good value and friendly staff. Breakfast pretty decent.
Cons (-) Hotel is a bit tired. Some refurbishment is in order especially the carpeting. Furniture is pretty low grade.

Cons (-) My husband I both work up with terrible allergies from ?? in the room. The soundproofing between rooms was poor, we could hear alarm from next room. Noise in the hallways and other rooms plus noise from outside in the parking lot were a problem at 10pm. We often stay in hotels including other Hyatts in Denver. Have not had this experience before.
