Pros (+) Staff was helpful and friendly.
Cons (-) The doors were loud when they closed. We woken several times by other guests opening and allowing their doors to be closed with the door closer. It was like someone slammed a door in our room!!

Pros (+) I called four times from the airport after my flight was cancelled they were not rude one time. I called for the shuttle they picked me up in 5 minutes took me to the hotel checked me in gave me pizza coupons and signed me up for the morning shuttle. At 450 am we were on our way to the airport.
