7,0 Good
Pros: It was fine, average place with an average value.
Cons: It is by the auto mall, not really near anything. Must drive to campus or downtown Davis.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Great price, rooms seem recently renovated, I liked having a real desk/chair.
Cons: Maybe it’s the low price or the location by the freeway, but this hotel seemed to attract some “interesting” characters as guests. Including a guy in the room next to me screaming at and threatening someone on the phone at 6am Saturday morning. Also heard rather loud music several times coming from various rooms. It seems some folks in this complex seem to be living there. Also, one more thing- I called the morning of check in specifically to ask for a quiet room, and then again at check in. However I was given a room facing the freeway, and had to go back to the reception and ask again to be switched.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Our room smelled like a wet puppy. Also the bathroom smelled of dog. I really don't think both of our beds had fresh clean sheets on them to be honest. I had asked for some balloons for our son and did so way in advance. Not a single thing was ever done and the girl said Oh I'm sorry. I would like a refund for the smelly room and lack of cleanleness of my room . The bathroom floor was not clean I know I wore white socks they were black in five minutes of being in the room. BS....
Cons: Smelly room and bathroom not fresh sheets on both beds. No response to a simple request for balloons. Most of the staffsay I speaky no ENGLISH TOO.

Pros: I loved that the room had TONS of outlets and USB ports. I always carry an extension cord and extra charging cables to be able to use my iPad and iPhone while sitting on the bed - but this time I didn’t need all of that - very pleased. I had a “King Suite with Sofa Bed” which had a nice little “kitchen” area with frig, micro wave, Keurig-type coffee maker, and a small sink. I had requested a top floor room and that was provided :-) and I checked in a little early which was appreciated. Normal checkin time is 4pm which seems a little late to me.

Pros: Front desk reception, upon arrival, was excellent! She was professional, courteous, and very pleasant.

8,6 Excellent
Pros: In the lovely town of Davis, very safe and the staff was absolutely wonderful. I was hoping to stay again next week but unfortunately they were all booked up.
Cons: I was trapped in the bathroom for about 10 mins because the door and door jam have several layers of paint and the door sticks at the top. This coupled with it apparently swelling from the moisture of my shower caused it to really stick so I was stuck in there until I was able to pry it open...not a pleasant feeling...no window, no phone...I was late for my first meeting...A great story though. :) I told the desk clerk and she apologized and said she would have staff check it.

Pros: Staff was super helpful and aired my room. I get migraines and the aired room didn't bother me. The location was perfect to park and walk, or ride bikes, all over Davis and the campus. We window shopped and had a huge selection of restaurants and coffee shops. We brought our road bikes, and the elevator accommodated two of us well and was super convenient in relation to car, lobby, and room. Decor was light and tasteful. Lobby was neat with art exhibition. Breakfast was fantastic.Good coffee. Bee Kind products (though I couldn't use them due to scent). The train was no bother. AC worked great. Fridge, microwave, plus a Keurig were useful and clean. Loved keeping car out of sun in their parking garage.
Cons: Carpet issues - I stepped in something soapy/sticky in my socks, and there were a few dirt spots a good steam cleaning would fix. The sheets would be soft if it weren't for the slight beading, though it didn't keep me from sleeping well.

10,0 Excellent

Cons: The price for this location fluctuates with the cities/university events so at times it is not a value I can afford.

Cons: The breakfast was so bad that I did not even bother walking over the second day. The banana's were so brown that it would have been perfect for baking banana bread, but not to actually eat as a fruit. Very little selection for breakfast.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and value for money; located in pretty part of downtown, walking distance to UCD, restaurants, central park,. Good value for money. Rooms are quiet and comfortable.
Cons: House keeping member of staff were unprofessional and not caring to their clients when asked for help.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was o.k., not fancy but good enough. The location was perfect for me. It was right across the street from a gallery where my work was being shown and where the opening for the show was held. It was also just a few blocks from a Masters Swim team workout which I attended and a very nice farmers market which I went to later.
Cons: It was a bit noisy in the morning before I left, but they were doing improvements/construction and putting in plants which will make the place nicer.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Room was updated, large and very nice
Cons: Nothing
9,0 Excellent
Pros: I actually changed my stay to end of March because I needed to help my daughter move out of UCD dorm due to COVID19. The staff accommodated change in date with no problem and honored the rates I was originally charged.
6,0 Good
Pros: The beds were comfy and it was fine for the price
Cons: I'm pretty sure the carpet was just draped over floor boards, with no actual floor in places. It worked for what I needed. I ordered a queen size, but it was more like a full size.
6,8 Good
Pros: The location is excellent, in walking distance to downtown Davis and UC Davis. The alarm clock has USB charger outlets.
Cons: The AC was kind of noisy. Even when mine was off, the AC of the neighbors was buzzing pretty badly. I had to sleep with earplugs, but admittedly I am a bit sensitive to noise. I was in room 205, so that may matter too.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Location, location, location.. super friendly staff Cute rooms . Absolutely would stay here again.. Probably would be my number 1 . Location!

Cons: 4pm checkin time

Cons: Bed wasn’t a “cloud like “ as I’d prefer, but it’s hard to please everyone!

Pros: Location
Cons: A bit noisy and too much light coming into room.
4,2 Okay
Cons: I was leaving for my appointment at 3pm on Saturday and told the house keeping staff that I would like the room made up. They told me that the re was no one to clean the room that late in the day and therefore the room would not cleaned. I said I wouldn't be home until 11pm. They said that would not make a difference
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Room was beautifully updated and clean. They had a robe and slippers available which I wasn't expecting.
Cons: The train was a little loud through the night and early morning however we slept through it for the most part. The keurig didn't work but coffee isn't a big deal for us.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided by the hotel was much more than just a typical continental breakfast. The hotel itself was right at the entrance to UC Davis, which is what I had wanted. In addition, it was very convenient to downtown Davis, making it easy to find places to eat.
Cons: There wasn't really anything to dislike. It was a very positive experience for my family and me. We've already booked two future stays with Aggie Inn.
6,0 Good
Pros: No Wi-Fi, hotel was under construction, and I had an allergic reaction to the chemicals used to clean the bedsheets. As a result I could not sleep. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was nice. Would have been more postitve experience if not for the above.

Pros: It was nice on the inside- clean, modern and good looking. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice but incorrect about directions around town, price of an upgrade and availability.

Cons: still undergoing renovations to the property so it is not as visually pleasing outside as it will presumably will be

Cons: Description said bathtub, there isn’t one. WiFi signal was weak
7,0 Good
Pros: It was fine, average place with an average value.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: super clean room, nice bed, ok breakfast, nice staff, great location, near the freeway but quiet.
Cons: pillows were not great but i'm sure if i had asked, they would have tried to get me new ones.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: The environment is very nice with the different buildings connected by the beautiful covered corridors.
Cons: Nothing
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast was really bad, not enough supply
3,0 Mediocre
Cons: I was put in a room right below roof construction. The hotel was fairly empty, and I was still put in a room below the work. Walking and drilling above me from 4-5pm an 9am until check out. Timing was bad to ask for a new room. Complaining did nothing.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and Comfortable
Cons: No bathtub
