We could have been better informed about the hours. Everything we received said that the location was open until 5 PM. When we got there at 4:30 we learned through a sign on the door that they closed at 4. Lost our money on buying the insurance and had to spend twice as much to get another car that we could pick up at the airport.10,0 Wonderful
