Lots of traffic and showing wear and tear. Great staff and location. Very mediocre breakfast.

Pros (+) Rooms were nice
Cons (-) Staff didn't disclose parking fee and not until check out they disclosed a parking fee. Why are you charging for parking? It's not a resort. And there is no where else to park. Hotel needs a game room or something to do as pool is way too small
Pros (+) Overall a very nice place. Nice rooms, good facilities (pool, etc.) Free breakfast was real and substantial. Very close to downtown Davis by bike. They will let you keep bicycles in your room, which was very nice.
Cons (-) The beds are feeling a bit dated. Very nice bedding, but the mattress felt like an old creaking mattress with a nice down topper -- a bit of a mixed-bag.
