Cons (-) Wifi did not work. We were checking out just a few hours late and the property was not flexible enough to accomodate that request. They asked me to go through the entire expeidia reservation to get an additional whole day eventhough we were checking out just a few hours late. Cons (-) Staff didn't disclose parking fee and not until check out they disclosed a parking fee. Why are you charging for parking? It's not a resort. And there is no where else to park. Hotel needs a game room or something to do as pool is way too small

Pros (+) Overall a very nice place. Nice rooms, good facilities (pool, etc.) Free breakfast was real and substantial. Very close to downtown Davis by bike. They will let you keep bicycles in your room, which was very nice.
Cons (-) The beds are feeling a bit dated. Very nice bedding, but the mattress felt like an old creaking mattress with a nice down topper -- a bit of a mixed-bag.
