Pros: the Buffet breakfast is very good and really healthy prepared,,, The location is accessible to Malls, restaurants, hospital, park, and church.Very nice. The service staff on the breakfast room are all efficient and very helpfull...the atmosphere of the over all facilities is very pleasant, quiet, comfortable....Service personnel like Bell boys and the reyception are very polite helpfull and friendly. I could surely recommend the hotel to other visiting friends from Manila and abroad... The room massage service was super and reasonably priced... depends upon the time consumed and the type of massage...

Cons: I hope that they had more food options on their breakfast buffet. There were lots of food to be fair, but as to options, not so much. They had pastries, salad, chicken and pork. (Or was I not just looking?) The taste was average.

Pros: The place is very near to the People’s Park and the night market. The staffs were attentive and helpful. On our last day, we had to leave very early and we appreciate that there’s a coffee pot in the room and we had coffee before we left.

Pros: Room was clean and neat. The bed was comfy! We loved the welcome fruits and drinks. FO staff were quite accommodating. Breakfast buffet was awesome and there was a lot to choose from. We appreciated F&B staff. They were awesome and served us well! Keep it up guys! The place was perfect for our city tour.

Pros: The place is very near to the People’s Park and the night market. The staffs were attentive and helpful. On our last day, we had to leave very early and we appreciate that there’s a coffee pot in the room and we had coffee before we left.
Cons: It’s sad that the swimming pool is under renovation still...Maybe you could add more curtains in the room to make it darker whenever someone wants to sleep in the afternoon...

Cons: All I thought traffic is only in Manila lol. It was our first time in Davao so we’re kinda surprise of bumper to bumper traffic. I guess the city is too small for huge number of vehicles public and private. We do not like security guards’ approach in checking our bags upon entering the hotel premise. Especially the lady guard who was on duty that day. She wasn’t that friendly at all and hardly smiles. Come on guys we salute your work of keeping us safe but there’s proper way of executing it.
