Pros: When I got to the airport on time, Avis agency can’t apply any car for me. That is too bad, It really puzzled me, I hope the booking money can return me as soon as possible.

WHAT CAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cons: Hi well i did not get a car as the booking from KAYAK did not happen , so i am checking my credit card to make sure i wasnt charged for the car ,. they also need to catch up with the fact that the address were the car was supposed to be is not the pick up point any more also for some time the staff tell me at the new pick up / drop off point SO KAYAK there was no cars for rent........... so my visitor did not see much whilst she was visiting from overseas . Not your problem AVIS

awful experience
Pros: nothing
Cons: they were shady and did not have my car for me when i got to the air port. They tried to get me to rent a much bigger car for double the price and said they had no economy cars. They also wanted a cash deposit if i were to rent the car. Crooks for sure. Really disappointed in AVIS in Davao

Cons: Gave us manual, instead of automatic. The first time we booked with Avis, there was no available car although confirmation was sent it was reserved. On the second booking, there was no indication they were going to give us manual gear, when they should have known that in the US, most customers are used to automatic transmission. Very disappointed...
