Pros: This B&B was quiet and relaxing on the outskirts of Cuneo. It was like a retreat; situated around farm chestnuts and hazelnuts, we had a lot of fun getting back to nature. Gemma (Theresa) was our hostess for a very nice breakfast made from all natural and local ingredients. Her homemade goodies went great with really good coffee that was nice and hot! Bedding was good as well as the bathroom. Rooms are on the second floor all with private entrances. If you are looking for some good sleep and a nice setting with Cuneo at your footsteps, we recommend!

Cons: Would be nice if bar/restaurant within walking distance
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully restored buildings, in private grounds. Room was pleasant enough, large fan to move air around, as the outside temp was high, 31 degrees, air conditioning is required but sadly not available. Alfresco breakfast area, cool very quiet, breakfast excellent.
Cons: The building is in a very rural location, so finding somewhere to eat at short notice nearby is not easy. If you stayed a few nights might be different, we had travelled some 8 hrs from Dijon, in hot car. Simple food would have been very welcome, something to consider pre booking?

5,8 Okay
Pros: The location was really central.
Cons: The lamp over the bathroom sink started giving problems and the electricity switch was making a buzzing and sparkling noise as if it might cause electrocution . We called the manager who dismissed our concerns and just removed the bulb. The problem was the electric connection but he just wanted to change the bulb. In the end, we told him to leave it at that as we did not want to touch the switch anymore. This is a real safety issue. Regarding the room, the bed was hard as a rock, the carpet had seen better days. Breakfast was not great. The pastries were stale.
7,0 Good
Pros: Comfortable room with desk, wardrobe closet with shelves, night stands with reading lights, suitcase rack, coat/hat hanger rack and French doors onto small balcony above street. Desk had outlet for plugging in laptop. Comfortable bed made into double and comfortable. Good sized bathroom in white marble with modern one-handle fixtures. Breakfast decent with some cheese, meat, yogurt, and sweets. Some good croissants with good ham already made. Some egg frittata and some interesting small pieces of rollups with cheese. Some crepes with ham. Not much of a selection of cheese and some cheese in plastic wrap like individual Velveeta cheese only white. Coffee made-to-serve (not push button machine) and good. Tall ceilings with plaster designs. Great location right at the end of the big piazza which divides old town and new town. And easy 12 minute walk to train station. Very kind and helpful staff.
Cons: Dark short pile carpet instead of hard wood floor or tile like most hotels in Italy. It shows dirt and not easy to clean. Disappointed that there was no bidet as expected in 3 star Italian hotel, just a water wand missing on-off button. Hard to use. Could use another electrical outlet as the only other one in the room besides by the desk was on the lower wall by the desk.
