Cons (-) air conditioner sucked, microwave didn't work, cockroaches found, rude front desk lady who every time I tried to talk she would interrupt me and act as if I was a bother to her, overpriced and needs upgrades terribly breakfast consisted of coffee and bagels and stale danishes

Cons (-) The room smelled of urine and mold. The shower head and faucet leaked all over the bathroom. The employees were rude. The pool was in desperate need of repair. The room was muggy and damp even with the AC on full blast. The refrigerator no matter what temp it was on froze everything inside it.
