Cons (-) air conditioner sucked, microwave didn't work, cockroaches found, rude front desk lady who every time I tried to talk she would interrupt me and act as if I was a bother to her, overpriced and needs upgrades terribly breakfast consisted of coffee and bagels and stale danishes

Cons (-) The room smelled of urine and mold. The shower head and faucet leaked all over the bathroom. The employees were rude. The pool was in desperate need of repair. The room was muggy and damp even with the AC on full blast. The refrigerator no matter what temp it was on froze everything inside it. Pros (+) Although furniture is older, the room was well-maintained and clean. Great value, easy access. Appreciated the usb charger as well as the microwave and refrigerator in the room. Friendly staff.
Cons (-) Continental breakfast could use better coffee.

Pros (+) Comfy bed. Close to Crystal River kayak facilities. Quiet. Reasonable cost. Housekeeper was very nice and helpful. "Continental Breakfast" was coffee, tea, muffins, English muffins and bananas. No cereal or milk.
Cons (-) Very difficult for anyone not in top condition. No grab bars for tub, toilet too low, no non-slip surface for tub. Foodstuffs by bed on floor, what looked like plant matter was in both beds. Phone had crackle online always; front desk did not answer when I called; a.m. front desk person somewhat rude. table in room had broken leg, and chairs too low and uncomfortable.
