Cons:
I did not rent. 1. The location was closed. I was sent to a different location and was told I could not leave my car on the property. I was not informed of any of this because they had no information except my name from the 3rd party reservation. It’s not totally enterprise’s mistake. They would have contacted me to inform me of the location change and the fact I could not leave my vehicle at their property.3,6 Poor

The first time I rented from them was great. I returned 2 weeks later and had a terrible experience. The woman was extremely rude and refused to rent to me because I didn’t have a credit card only debit card. Then we were going to use my dads card who was with me and she said if we used his card I couldn’t drive because I’m his daughter not his spouse. We left and went to Hertz and had no problem.Cons:
Get rid of that rude woman. She should not be working with the public.Hertz

This was a new car and very quiet. Good gas milage but the trunk was a little small for 4 people and luggage.Cons:
