Cons:Advertised a most rooms ocean view. Our room overlooked a trailer park.

Pros:The bed was super comfy and there were a lot of tv channels. So for a night to rest, it served its purpose. The staff were all also really nice.
Cons:The area was a little shady. Our room faced the ocean, but it also faced a trailer park. There were a lot of cuter, more lively towns along the coast to stay. If I go through again, I'd probably stop in one of those instead.

Pros:We came through for a 5 day getaway and everyone told us we made a mistake booking in Crescent City, they were wrong. We couldn't have picked a bettter place to stay. Quiet, private, close to the beach and some decent restaurants. Great proximity to Jedidiah Smith State Park. The room was clean and ready for us even though we arrived half an hour earlier than check in time. The front desk staff was all very friendly and helpful in addressing our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet getaway close to the beach and close to the Redwoods. Oh! And our dog loved it too!

Pros:Overall this is a nice little hotel. It isn't fancy like a Hilton, and we didn't want something like that. It is a bit higher priced than it should be, but probably is in line with like properties along U.S. 101. It was easy to find and the front desk staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Some people complained in their reviews about the fact that a RV park is next door, but that didn't bother us and the park's residents were quiet. The free breakfast suited us just fine because it includes bagels and cream cheese - one of our favorites. The hotel was fine and we enjoyed our stay.
Cons:Can't think of anything we didn't like. It met our expectations.

Pros:The room was big, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good. We slept well, woke refreshed and are happy we stayed here. We were concerned about the rv park behind us, especially because we stayed on a Saturday night, but it was quiet.
Cons:The hotel is near the water, and we were definitely able to hear the waves, but the rv park have us pause. In the end, we wanted the windows open so decided we didn't care if people saw us wandering around in various stages of undress.

Pros:The convenience of being right off of the highway & near the beach was perfect! Restaurants within walking distance were very nice, also.
Cons:There was nothing that we didn't like.

Pros:What is there to say I didn't like the room was suppose to get a ocean view room nope instead I got a old rv to look at
Cons:Everything the staff was rude put us in a room that felt like I was in jail looked like blood stains in front of the door will never stay at this hotel again!!

Pros:We had a unavoidable delay in our drive resulting in a very late check in 2am. The staff was just as friendly, helpful and upbeat as if we had checked in at 2pm. Very close to the water and short drive to Redwood forest and the light house. Great restaurant within walking distance Harbor View Grotto. All staff were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
