Resort is good. Staff were friendly.
Had an issue at check out. Had to miss my ferry due to this. Finally the resort manager has resolved the issue and helped us to check out. Other than this incident everything was good at the resort.
Food was quite good, but for longer stays it might get a bit boring as they serve the same (almost) everyday. This property tries to avoid single-use plastic. No straws no single-use cups.
Cleanliness of the pool could be improved. Be aware about the special arragement of the bungalows. It's like a kind of maze. We have been running around on the wrong ways several times to find our room back. Receptionists should be better trained for those skills, as we took more than 30minutes to check in, this was very annoying. Reservations for the special restaurants needed to be made a few days before, so we just got a place on our last day. As they avoid single-use plastics outside the room, they unfortunatly provide water in PET-bootles inside the mini bar and complementary water on the room. Should be avoided as well.
The staff points you all over when you have questions or concerns and act like they don’t understand English. I felt it was a game.
The beach wasn’t very good, room needed to be cooler, food was okay not great
My family and I have been to Cozumel numerous times but this was the first time with this resort. It was a little further from the airport but well worth it. The property was well kept and the staff was friendly and helpful. Food quality and variety exceeded expectations - we choose to eat in the buffet style restaurant rather than reservation only options. Jose at the pool bar was amazing!
Beds were a little to firm for my liking.
Great place to relax, beautiful rooms and lovely staff. Would go again!
