Our smoke-free cozy 58 room Property is located right in the center of Cortez on Main St. All of our rooms have in-room coffee makers, AM/FM clock radios, hairdryers and 25 inch remote control TV with cable, including ESPN. Mesa Verde National Park, the largest archaeological preserve in the U.S. which contains 3,900 sites, over 600 which are cliff dwellings is just 10 miles away. The famous Four Corners area is 43 miles away, and we are surrounded by Ute and Navajo Native America cultures which includes the Anasazi Heritage Center. 11 miles away is the Ute Mountain Casino and even closer is the Crow Canyon Archeological area where you can actually dig for artifacts in an educated environment. The room was very small for 5 people.. even 4 which is what it is designed for.. the main issue was that both nights we constantly heard people walking either in the room or the hallways above.. sound really carries bad in this place.. breakfast location was way too tight for all the patrons.. as well they kept running out of items so i had to find staff to replace.
Pros:The rooms were a good size and loved the king-size bed was comfy and the room and bathroom were clean. The staff were attentive, and the location is in the center of Cortez with easy access to Mesa Verde.
Cons:Breakfast is nothing special and very basic but this is a budget hotel so about what we were expecting.
Pros:Good value. Staff was helpful. The room was good sized.
Cons:The bed was a bit to firm, the pillows needed filling. Breakfast average.
Pros:Great Location, Friendly Staff, and great Mexican restaurant next door.

Pros:location right on main street thru town with grocery restaurants very close by, room was no frills but not one complaint either, clean comfortable nice hot shower

Pros:I wish there had been information about the fact that this location did not have elevators. I have very bad knees, and was put on the third floor. Despite asking for a lower floor, I was told there were no other rooms available in the hotel (with an empty parking lot). If I had known there were no elevators, I would have called to request a low floor in advance or booked another location. Staff was not very friendly or helpful either.
