Car was brokenPros: It didn't matter when the breaks didn't workCons: The brakes didn't work. Unreal that they can rent a car with rich a major safety issue. Secondly there was no one to answer the phone to tell about the issue. If you aren't going to staff the desk you should have an alternat phone number to reach

Cons: We arrive after closure on a Saturday, and they were not open until Monday. There were no cars at the airport Enterprise dealer. Luckily Hertz had a car for us- last one on the lot. The reservation should have more clearly indicated that we could not get the car if we arrived after 12pm on a Sat.

Overcharged and UnwelcomedPros: The car was nice and drove well. Also the drop off location was great.Cons: Although I rented the car for one day it cost $220 which I was fine with since I was traveling to Salt Lake city. After arriving in salt lake to drop off the car I was charged $366. As well, the clerk where I picked up the car was extremely rude.
