Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable. I wish I had free breakfast.
Cons (-) Everything was really nice. One thing. A couple times going through parking garage, no one was in the booth. I feel someone should be there at all times for safety reasons. Good to see who is coming in the hotel. Just my observation.

Pros (+) Great customer service! The lady that checked us in was so excited that it was our daughters 5th birthday which made us even more excited. Housekeeping was so very nice and helpful. We loved the pool! Whitney and Tre were so awesome!

Pros (+) The hotel and its amenities are really great and the staff is very helpful and friendly the beds how ever are absolutely terrible the pillows are hard and feel cheap the blankets are thin not like the thick down alternative ones most other hotels of this price have the bed is one of the most important parts of a hotel stay if they would just improve that one little aspect the hotel would be incred...

Pros (+) The bed was comfortable, very nice view of the bay, complimentary valet because the parking garage was full.
Cons (-) Had to wait for the front desk staff to finish a cigarette break before being able to check in. Called down because our Bay View Suite bath robes were used with wadded tissues in the pockets, the response was "oh, sorry about that." No offer to replace the robes, or anything. The bath was average sized, personal expectation, but I would assume a full suite would at least have a garden sized tub.
