Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access transport links. The staff received high marks for being friendly, professional, and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as good, with a variety of options and attentive service. However, several guests experienced issues with the elevators, which were often out of service, and some noted that cleanliness and room maintenance could be improved. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression was positive, especially due to the hotel's charm, history, and convenient location.
