Everything about the hotel was amazing. Friendly staff throughout the property, beautiful modern rooms with perfect beds, intelligent use of technology, great meals for breakfast, lunch, and supper.

It's a personal thing but I would have loved a bath, no room option was available. Also my TV didn't work. What completely baffled me was the requirement to pay 150DKK to use the pools (staff reminded me that they were not in fact pools but spas). Let's be realistic though.. They were small pools! Absolutely beautiful there and peaceful but I could only justify using it once over my two week stay for work because of the price, very disappointing.

Very cool exterior architectural design. Lobby was nice. Basalt Restaurant food was very good and unique preparations. Basalt wait staff was very nice and pleasant.
Rooms were very small and basic. Chairs in the room were not very comfortable. I would compare this room to an economy hotel. Not something I would have ever expected from an AC Marriott hotel. Basalt restaurant was extremely expensive for what I ordered. Your probably better off going to one of the other two restaurants in the building. The wait for checking in and checking out were ridiculously long for the number of people in line. They spent much to much time describing all that was available in the hotel. As a business traveler All I want you to do is check me in hand me the key and say thank you for being a loyal member. besides the fact that it's a Marriott hotel and close to the airport I don't think I would ever stay here. I think you're much better off staying in town which is what I'll do next time.
Poor service. From not helping with luggage, making excuses, promising shuttles at wrong times etc. I'd stay away from this property l. Marriott should really review the management here.

Loved the views at night with the floor to ceiling windows. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was a good size by European standards and included breakfast was plentiful.
Shower did not drain properly, TV would not turn on so access to some services was not possible.

We were most impressed by the front desk staff's level of professionalism and friendliness. They were very well trained and had many suggestions regarding our overnight stay in Copenhagen. The airport shuttle worked both ways (to/from) the hotel. The room was amazing.
We stayed only one night pre-cruise, but enjoyed the contemporary flair of the hotel and the views from our room on the 23rd floor. Included breakfast was satisfying. At first we were a little intimidated by the walk to the Metro, but it was closer than we thought and very simple to use. The price we paid through Kayak was excellent, too!
While the Metro was convenient to the hotel, the hotel wasn't that convenient to anything else but the airport. Might be great for the conference attendee, but not so much for an eager, wide-eyed, first-time visitor to Copenhagen.
