Pros (+) The friendly staff and the views (minus all the telephone and electric lines) made the stay memorable... upon request we received an iron and an upgraded remote control for the tv-cable box... the indoor pool-sauna room was acceptable (tho' it closed at 9pm, nightly).
Cons (-) Small accommodations - no desk; the bath needed to be refurbished; the wi-fi service was 'spotty;' the entryway light went out; too many wires visible and gave the impression they were improvising ways to receive electric current - contrived to simply get the job done; the entertainment and meeting rooms were uninspired, tired... while we felt safe, we never felt we were in a space physically near...
