Bathroom grout was dirty, bed and pillows weren’t comfortable. Did not have microwave in room.

Pros (+) The staff, especially Sam, a young business school student, was excellent and catered to our needs.
Cons (-) The temperature controls in the room we were in were hard to reach at over 6' on the wall. It was hard to see what was showing on the screen without climbing on the desk chair. The thermostat is not very intuitive since we thought we had set it at 72 degrees before going to bed and when we woke up it was 64 in the room.

Pros (+) The staff was amazing and so helpful. I was staying with my sister and her friend for a concert in Columbus. The staff was able to help us with things we had forgotten to bring. When we left we forgot a shirt and they called us and we were able to return to pick it up. Awesome.
