Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near major roads and amenities, as well as the reasonable value for price and satisfactory breakfast offerings. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, including unclean rooms and mold, and several guests reported negative experiences with staff and service. While some found the rooms comfortable and the staff friendly, others encountered rude employees and maintenance problems. Overall, the positives were the location, breakfast, and value, but cleanliness and service need improvement.

Building is a bit dated but overall was okay. Hallway and stairs were old and dirty. Bathroom sink was cracked and everything was just old.

Pros (+) Easy check in and check out. Customer service was great. When I called about the stale smoke the person seemed genuinely concerned.
Cons (-) Room smelled like stale smoke as soon as you entered room. The hotel is supposed to be non smoking only. There was also some college boys having a party down the hall.
