Pros (+) The rooms were clean & nicely appointed. The kids enjoyed swimming and hot tubbing before bed.
Cons (-) When I arrived to check in the two front desk clerks were both attending to a woman who had beef double charged on her credit card. After waiting nearly 10 minutes they got to me. At that time I was told there was a computer glitch and there wasn't a room for me and my family. I told them that was unacceptable because I did not merely have a reservation but had paid weeks in advance through Kayak....

Cons (-) There was public hair in the bathroom from the last person who stayed. So gross! Front desk attendant was not responsive to our request for housekeeping to clean the batjroom. Batteries were dead on the remote. Come on folks. These are basics.....

Pros (+) By myself for this stay, but ore than enough room for the family. The room was large, very clean, and bathrooms were also updated and nice. Microwave & mini fridge in room came in handy to reheat leftovers. Perfect for business travelers, family, and extended stay. Would definitely stay again.
Cons (-) Nav on car was a little slow, so missed the turn. Just follow the signs for the Women's & Children's hospital.
