Pros: Our hostess was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. We asked for recommendations for a restaurant and that was an awesome restaurant...Angiol D'Or (her favorite).
Pros: Large room which had a kitchen in it. Nice facilities and owner very welcoming. Near the rugby stadium and just a short drive into town.
Cons: The public road to the property is very narrow and could be an issue.
Pros: Beautiful surroundings.
Pros: it was nice and I will do it with family for sure.
Cons: people there so good
Pros: Nice place, lovely and quiet, good size rooms and everything very clean. It's out in the countryside just a few minutes from the motorway. Plenty of parking on-site. Breakfast was provided in the shared kitchen/living room area and was fine. No air-conditioning but fans provided in the rooms.
Cons: It would be useful to have scissors to open the carton of milk in the fridge and spoons to eat the cereal with (I had to use a teaspoon).
When you stay at Hotel City Parma in Parma, you'll be near the airport and within a 5-minute drive of Hospital of Parma. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The hotel is located close to the airport but the airport is not busy and the hotel sound insulation is very good. The accomodation is excellent, a huge converted storage barn with modern rooms and pleasant social areas. The garden is home to domestic pets and has wide lawns and a covered bar area.
Cons: Breakfast was poor and the restaurant staff were not particularly professional. Room service was confined to single plate chosen from the a-la-carte menu. The restaurant serves vegetables separately from the main course which meant they refused to serve a main course + vegetables. We had a dog with us and although the receptionist said we could take the dog to the restaurant, the staff made it clear they did not appreciate the presence of a dog, hence room service. The restaurant would not serve two meals in the room, so one of us ate in the room, the other in the restaurant. This wasn't ideal.
Pros: The staff at all levels were excellent - friendly and helpful. Once they knew we only spoke English, the staff remembered and even provided English menus without our needing to ask. The pet bunnies and cats around the property we're an added bit of fun! Most importantly to us - spotlessly clean and comfortable.
Pros: Location is great and easy to find . Very pet friendly ( tho watch out for rabbits in garden!) staff always helpful and efficient . Room Great
Pros: Best value in Parma. The hotel is in a quiet spot of farmland and very quiet. I travel to Parma frequentrly and City hotel is always my 1st choice
Pros: Breakfast was ok but poorly organised. Selection was ok, bread was missing
Cons: Location is not good but close to the city
Pros: Location is convenient if you have to travel/visit/work in the surroundings of Parma. Right at the airport, which is not trafficked, close to the tangenziale which brings you anywhere in minutes. In the lawn they have rabbits!!! A plus, especially if you have kids
Pros: Free parking, nice facility, easy to reach from the highway and next to the city center (by car). Excellent rooms, clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast.
Cons: Nothing to say.
Pros: Ideally situated near the autostrada whilst being in a quiet, rural location adjacent to Parma airport.
A stay at Parizzi Suites & Studio places you in the heart of Parma, steps from Strada della Repubblica and 4 minutes by foot from Barilla Center. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, express check-in, and express check-out.
Pros: The receptionist was very friendly and helped us check in and out smoothly. The location was good, 10 min walk to main restaurants to eat. Room was a little dated but spacious as we had a suite. It was okay for a short two night stay.
Cons: Bed was firm- much like all beds in Italy.
Pros: Clean, quiet and great location near the center. The greeter was efficient, knowledgeable and kind.
Cons: The room was cold and impersonal. The television was in the bedroom rather than in the living area which is where we would have preferred it to be. It mattered little though considering we were there for only a night.
Pros: Good breakfast, good location and very welcoming person at the reception during the day.
Cons: The room itself was quite disappointing compared to the ranking 9 given; the heating was very noisy, the blanket was not thick enough, the walls had many stains, the bed was a little bit damaged and all in all the furniture was not giving a "cosy " atmosphere as shown on the pictures, rather a cheap one.
Pros: Great city, great food and would definitely recommend the Parizzi Suites for your stay - great location, great shower, lovely staff and very clean
Pros: Olga was excellent.
Pros: The facilities and staff were excellent but a real bonus was the restuarant which was truly outstanding. We tried the tasting menu which at Euro 75 each was not inexpensive but was really good.

Pros: We have really enjoyed this cosy hotel with a friendly people and in a nice location near the city center. Strongly recommend.
Pros: Great hotel in great location. Staff are warm, welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend NH Parma to all my family and friends. Loved my stay here. Highly recommended.
Cons: Can't think of a single thing. Everything was good.
Pros: Clean, close to station
Cons: Their “free” wifi is only hypothetical, and try to charge you for wifi once you need it. Also, even though double bed shows as an option on booking, there is no such thing at the hotel (only singles), and the staff tell us “it’s just the way it is”, despite the fact we requested a double one when we booked.
Pros: Next to the station. Few steps to old town Matras very nice. We had a wonderful stay!
Pros: Fantastic cornetti, great staff, close to the centre
Cons: Bathrooms are nice but not organised very well, no shelves to put anything
Pros: New hotel with big rooms and good quality amenities, great parking
Cons: Loud street noise in the morning, no restaurant on first of January
Pros: Very nice hotel reception staff. Hotel location is a short walking distance to the center of town.
Cons: Short on staff, especially during the holiday season. No one available to help with luggage. Bland decor. The hotel's surrounding area is a bit dodgy and not the best to walk around, especially in the evening.

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The hotel is close to the highway but quite nevertheless. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and breakfast was delicious with fresh made cappuccinos.
Pros: Attentive staff, English speaking, immaculately clean, very comfortable
Pros: Very welcoming and kind staff. Essential but at the same time fully equipped (there's even an exercise bike in the room). Fine restaurant inside. Easy parking in front of the building. Close to the motorway and a convenient fuel station.
Cons: The main gate remains open also when the reception is off; this doesn't seems to be totally safe. The position is convenient only if you have to visit the near expo area or local companies; in any case, the car is needed to move anywhere.
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. They were very nice with the kids and even had a set of baby toiletries in the room. In the reception there were drinks and snacks on offer. On site restaurant is amazing. The location is great if you would like to explore the surroundings of Parma.
Pros: The service was excellent and caring. Thoughtful touches with slippers for our granddaughter in her cot and snacks and free drinks at reception.
Cons: Nothing. It was great.
Pros: 2nd time staying here this year. Enjoy its proximity to the highway, outside the Parma metropolitan area. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, fridge in the room, spacious bathroom, and most importantly, an excellent price/quality ratio (around 60 euro per night). Breakfast was standard continental with fresh grapefruit juice on demand. Very good restaurant on site (open Mon-Sat). Will stay again.
Cons: Restaurant not being open on Sunday.
Pros: It was clean spacious and comfortable with friendly staff and a good breakfast and very quiet
Pros: Enjoyed staying there, only downside was the position, and it wasn't accessible by walking or public transport, however it was only a short, relatively cheap taxi ride away.

The Teatro Regio opera house and Parma Cathedral are 2 km from Daniel Hotel.
Pros: It was easy to get to the Hotel. We arrived late and there was not any problem to check in. The personel are helpful and friendly.
Cons: The pictures on the booking are much better than the real room. The window faced the street. It was really noisy.
Pros: Friendly staff, nice rooms. You get what you paid for.
Cons: Air condition. It was always too warm in room. When we left put to the definite temperature, but when we return it was again 25 or 26...and no cold fresh air.
Pros: Bed was very comfortable and room was modern and very clean
Cons: Parking can be an issue if you use your car during the day
Pros: The room is very comfortable and functional. Lovely brakfast.
Cons: The matresses and pillows could be softer for my taste.

Pros: Very clean room, nice lighting, in the heart of town. Great coffee shop next door. Helpful staff who were accommodating. Safe feeling to the area.
Pros: Fantastic staff in the hotel. Great location for exploring the Historical centre of Parma. Dog Friendly.
Cons: Our room (on the third floor) was in need of an update of decor and fittings.....particularly for a 5 Star hotel!
Pros: It served the purpose of breaking up the journey.
Cons: It was a bit expensive for what it was. The view out of the window was disappointing.

Pros: The bed
Cons: The room is small
Pros: Not too far from the city center. Parking is convenient and it is free. Very modern hotel. Facilities look quite new.
Cons: Room is a bit small but it's ok.
Pros: The staff at the reception was extraordinarily helpful and friendly! The room seemed newly renovated, was spacious and well-appointed, the bed huge and very comfortable. I can’t say much about the location because we just stayed one night but it was easy to reach the city center.
Cons: The only thing that bothered me was the price. I assume it was extra high because we stayed here the night before a major trade show started.

Cons: All, the design, the high quality of the details, super bathrooms, fantastic infrastructure. All, congratulations
Pros: The hotel is lovely, as are the grounds. The room is pretty the staff was nice.
Breakfast was fair. We did not eat any other meals at the hotel.
The young man who was the bellman and Jack of all trades was great. When two lights were out in our room, he immediately went to get new bulbs.
Cons: This hotel is isolated. Feels almost like a prison or school from the outside. The neighborhood is not conducive for vacationing. You have to take a cab everywhere.
You do not feel you can walk in the neighborhood.
Pros: Comfortable bathroom
Cons: Small room, it was cold in the bathroom. Big price
Pros: Very elegant and clean, staff is polite and helpful. The area is not full city center and may be a bit quiet and isolated at night. But very convenient for the University.
Cons: Only the fact that the rain hitting the roof windows in the second floor room was a bit too noisy at night.
Pros: Good comfortable room and bathroom. We were in the same hotel 2 months ago and the room then was not as good as the one we had now. Very good and central location in the middle of town with many good restaurants nearby.
Cons: Breakfast is chaotic, not enough room, tables and staff. Long queue for the only available coffee and tea machine which needs service repeatedly
Pros: Perfect hotel position! Small & cozy. Beautiful colours at lobby area.
Cons: Rooms need some serious renovation. Not everybody likes the antique style. Some rooms were cold inside.
Pros: Great gluten free options for the breakfast
Pros: The breakfast room is nice and brightly lit. The buffet is well supplied with everything from sliced meats and hardboiled eggs to cereal and various kinds of pastry. Coffee and cappuccino comes form a machine but it is good enough to get you going, The staff is attentive and friendly and generally a pleasure to be around.
Cons: The rooms are small, but it is not nothing the hotel can do about it. One can only say nice things about the hotel and the staff, just be prepared for a really small room. On the other hand, being in the center of Parma makes it worth it.
The Novotel Parma hotel is located on the doorstep of the historic city center, a two-minute walk from Parma train station and a ten-minute walk from Piazza Duomo, the city's main monuments and the lush green setting of Parco Ducale. Pros: Great location, staff very helpful. Excellent value.
Pros: Nice hotel in central but quiet position in beautiful Parma. The rooms can be small but they are well appointed. Good quality at breakfast even though there is no cooked dishes (apart from the hard-boiled eggs), however the cold cuts from Parma (prosciutto, coppa) are amazing. Helpful staff at the reception and underground parking space, a bonus in the area.
Cons: The housekeeping staff is unnecessarily noisy around the rooms in the morning at the time of their cleaning shift. People in a hotel room often want to indulge in bed as much as possible and have no need of listening to loud conversations out of the door, people calling each other between corridors or long, high-pitched telephone calls. I'm sure the staff can communicate with each other in a more civilized, quiet way.

Pros: Super comfy bed, bath tube and very spacious room
Pros: Fabulous evening meal . Lovely staff and beautiful decor.
Cons: Very noisy room. Sounded like a aircraft about to land. Great continental breakfast but avoid the scrumbled eggs.
Pros: The hotel was nice and felt really grand, the service was great, location was perfect for our stay also
Pros: I didn't have breakfast
Cons: the prices on booking com for this Hotel are not transparent
Pros: The breakfast is excellent and the staff are lovely and were very helpful
Cons: I was a bit misled by some comments on booking .com . The hotel was just not for me as it seemed too corporate and not a small more intimate place . I chose it because of location being by the park and Ducal palace but it was still 20 minutes walk to the centre . However buses do pass by . Comments said it was a classic building with antique furniture and art work etc when it is in fact quite a glitzy new building (although some parts may have been original) and everything is reproduction so this comment gave me a different impression of the hotel . We were two people but there was only one chair in the room . The bathroom was excellent but we couldn't work out how to turn the lights on without lighting up our whole room . Sometimes simple is better.
Pros: Hotel nice. Good location, easy to park. Good room if a little dated. Excellent breakfast . Staff helpful. Restaurant was OK. Good value
Cons: The reception staff were very slow - seemed confused - so not a good start. Room slightly dated.

Pros: Nice sized rooms. Breakfast had a good assortment of foods.
Cons: The showers could have been made bigger and having a kettle in the rooms would have been a bonus.
Pros: very good breakfast, good location, good parking place, tasty cappuccino, close to Euro Torri Shopping Mall
Cons: too less light in the bathroom and also rooms need some more light. Old style bathoom.
Pros: The hotel is nice and clean, with very kind and helpful staff. It is perfect if you have a car. Parking is available at the property and you skip the trouble of driving/parking in town where only residents are allowed
Pros: the breakfast the dinner the free parking the staff
Pros: Staff was very helpful and accommodating But location was very bad you had to have a car otherwise it was not convenient Building was old and filthy the hallway was smelly but room was ok Breakfast was ok but not excellent Do I do t recommend ☹️
Cons: It was filthy and smelly building definitely needs some updating

Pros: The staff were wonderful. Helpful, professional and nice
Cons: The WiFi was almost non-existant
Cons: Staff was unable to change name on the invoice, internet connection extremely slow - no possible to use.
Pros: The room was big spacious with a big window you could open. The location is a bit off from the city center, but it's quiet. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of food. There was a big parking lot just outside of the hotel. There is a coffee & tea kit in the room.
Cons: The shower was a bit small, and the water temperature was fluctuated. Therd was no closet and no safe in the room.
Pros: braekfestt was verry good accomodation perfect
Pros: I like the pricing. The staff was very helpful. Marie was extremely helpful and understood/ spoke English very well. The facilities were clean and had enough space for me/family. The breakfast options were plentiful and “American” friendly although the foods were from the region.
Cons: It is not located in the center of the city. I didn’t rent a car so the walk from the hotel to catch the bus to get to the center of the city or train station was about 10 minutes.
Pros: Speedy check in. Clean rooms. Great showers. Comfortable beds. Great air conditioning. Interconnecting rooms. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Hot and cold choices with eggs and bacon. Just what we needed for a stop over.
Cons: Restaurant quality not great for the price and not an extensive menu. But it was late and we were tired and hungry so we gave it a try. We were filled- but not the enjoyment of the cuisine we have been used to in Italy.
A stay at Hotel Verdi places you in the heart of Parma, within a 15-minute walk of Hospital of Parma and Ducale Park. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Nice Location.
Cons: Some rooms are too loud. I have to change the room.
Pros: Location and friendly staff. Breakfast was ok
Cons: A/C did'nt work in the room. Talk to reception a few times but still didn't work.
Pros: The hotel is placed right in front of the Parco Ducale, when you cross the park you are in the city center. The hotel is very nice, it has his own soul if you want. The staff is very helpfull and kind and gives wounderful tipps on restaurants. Just let them book a table for you and enjoy the food.
Pros: Great location on the park with an easy walk to the center

This hotel has facilities measuring 21528 square feet (2000 square meters), including a conference center. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available 24 hours), and a train station pick-up service is also provided at no charge.
Pros: Staff was wonderful and facilities were great especially for the price.
Cons: Only issue was it is not conveniently located at all and requires you take a taxi to and from the hotel. Maybe a shuttle service or public transportation in the area would be really helpful.
Pros: Close to Bologna and cheap enough, parking included. Stayed her for the second time. The cleaners were very friendly and helpful. Very 1970s. Better for couples.
Cons: After our second stay at this property we would not go back as it is very dated and becoming dangerous. The glass shower collapsed on our 9 year old son but luckily didn’t smash, they brushed it off like it was nothing. Also we were in a no smoking room but somehow every time we came back to the room it would smell of smoke as it was coming through the vents in the bathroom from another part of the hotel
Pros: Breakfast was good, staff is professional.
Cons: The wellness is fairly small and not well equip.

Cons: They didn't provide slippers, you need to consider to get one in the mall or bring it before you check in.
Pros: simple place
Cons: very small room space
Pros: Good location for an overnight stop, just off the autostrada. Would recommend Pizzi kokko for food 100m down the road.
Cons: All fine.
Pros: Clean, quiet, very good breakfast, very good value
Cons: A small gym facility maybd just a treadmill would be the icy on the cake
Pros: They have plenty of free parking on the site, which was a primary factor for me. Hotel is not new, but still ok. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was standard for this type and price.
Cons: Lift was noisy and slow. Location is suitable if you drive there.
Pros: Breakfast ok, nice staff.
Cons: Not very clean and we had hot air blown into the bedroom all night. Tried to fix the temperature several times during the night but after a couple of hours and it got very hot inside the room again. Couldn't open the windows to compensate because of the noise from the nearby motorway and mosquitoes.
Pros: Modern building in a residential/light industrial area; not pretty, but quite practical and good gelato on the ground floor. Free parking. Easy, direct drive to central city with banks, supermarket, shopping mall, restaurants along the way. Room was small with usual tiny shower, but otherwise well-equipped. AC would not start in our room, but birds sang through the open window. Desk clerk did not speak English but we got along in French. Breakfast included and very complete and satisfying. I would absolutely stay there again.
