Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and occasionally mentioned helpful staff. However, the majority of reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues. Many guests also reported problems with amenities such as broken elevators, malfunctioning room equipment, and unreliable key cards. While a few found the beds comfortable and the price fair, overall, the negative aspects outweighed the positives for most visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews
