Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and professional staff, and the quality and variety of the breakfast. Cleanliness was highlighted in many reviews, along with comfortable beds and well-maintained rooms. While there were some negative experiences, such as issues with room changes, pet fees, air conditioning, noise, and isolated service complaints, the overall sentiment was positive, particularly regarding the convenience, amenities, and value for price.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Very comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower and sparkling clean rooms. Convenient location to everywhere in COS and Manitou. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, especially at breakfast.
Cons (-) As a few others have said, the walls are thin. I was up a lot the first night due to person in next room snoring. Also really would've loved a hot tub.
