Cons: Staff was helpful,, not friendly but helpful. Our room key didn't work and after a second attempt he just came and opened the door for us. In order to avoid being locked out we just left someone in the room at all times. A dirty towel was left above the shower and a small bug was in the shower. Just oversights by housekeeping I'm sure.

Pros: It’s in a convenient location. The pool was awesome, we booked the pool view and it was super accessible
Cons: We had very high hopes for this location. We’ve never stayed at a Hilton before & we’ve even booked one for an upcoming trip to Houston. However after our stay, we’re having second thoughts. It just wasn’t worth the price. I felt as if I was staying at a motel. It was messy & the only beautiful thing about the hotel was the lobby. If I could, I would’ve stayed at the Staybridge Suits.
