Pros (+) Darlene at front desk was very polite and helpful. It went downhill from there.
Cons (-) I went to tell the head of housekeeping that there was a red spot on my comforter looks like nail polish but I still didn't feel good using it. When I asked if she had another one to replace it with she started yelling at me that it was brand new and should have nothing on it she repeated this about 5 times and she marched off towards my room.
