Enterprise refused to rent me the vehicle in FL because I am renting a car in RI through an insurance company, due to my personal car is being serviced/repaired at the Porsche Dealership. (Enterprise is the only company at the Porsche Dealership). Very poor company policy for business travelers in multiple states that two cars cannot be rented at same time.

Hard to find the office. The address on the office didn’t work great with google maps. The address from google itself worked. Also, there’s still too much nonsense paperwork even if you reserve and pay online, but the whole rental car industry is guilty of this.

Was not able to get the car as not a cruise ship passenger-my family did without -fortunately I live in the town. Rental car blames Kayak-was not notified of requirements for picking up at requested location! Shame on you!

When renting a car a few days prior in Orlando (and dropping off to this exact location) we were given the option for picking out what car we wanted and it was a REALLY nice thing. We were traveling with 3 teenagers and it was great to pick a car that really meet our needs and didn't beak the bank. This time we were assigned cars. There were other people at the counter renting in the same catagory as us who were getting to pick or were getting offered the brand new crossovers that were coming in. We had and older car and it was cramped- especially seeing how we ended up needing to drive back to NY in it after some other travel plans changed suddenly
