Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests appreciate the hotel's excellent location near the seafront and amenities, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Some reviews mention good value for money and satisfactory cleanliness. However, there are repeated complaints about bed comfort, maintenance issues, and cleanliness concerns, with several reports of bed bugs and outdated facilities. Overall, while the location and service are highlights, improvements are needed in room quality and cleanliness.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) the room and bed was really good and it was quiet outside so was not awoking by revellers in nightclub on corner.
Cons (-) shower room with toilet in same area was a bit cramped.and shower unit was leaking and not powerful to shower properly.the hotel manager was not talkative and could not engage in conversation with guests so i didnt bother.the bar was inadequate only sold cans and when i bought a can of cider it cost £2.40p.weatherspoons is near by and i used it as a food and evening base as its cheaper there.
