Pros (+) I like that the room was clean.
Cons (-) The light switch upon entry did not work and I searched the dark room for a working lamp. When I needed to use the bathroom after a long drive from out of state, I was shocked that the seat was up on the toilet. In the bathroom, the tub looked gray, but clean and next to the tub appeared to be a water damaged wall. The microwave was unplugged when I went to use it. The neighboring room had decided...

Pros (+) Not much at all. The staff tried to help where they could and they were apologetic.
Cons (-) We were put in a smoking room. The smell was horrible. Getting in was nearly impossible as the lock was broken. The light switch when you enter was also broken. The bedspread had burn holes in it. Luckily, there was a cancellation and the next day we were moved to a non-smoking room. There, the ironing board was broken, the hair dryer didn't work and one of the electrical sockets didn't function a...
