This was a huge disappointment for a 4-star hotel. The only positives were location and friendly staff. The hotel itself is not better than a Best Western (maybe worse). Our room had broken lights and tiles but at least was clean. We had requested a king bed for our 10th anniversary and were given 2 tiny double beds that were very uncomfortable. The decor was outdated. We asked to switch rooms but were told they were full. People refused to comply with the mask mandate and were not stopped. Others were having BYOB parties in the lobby. It honestly was far from the experience I had been hoping from and I will not be returning.
Pros:Good location, easy accessible
Cons:Staff on check in was less than friendly . Bare bones. When asked for extra pillows as a blanket they didn’t have any

Cons:Food service closed basically at 11 - even room service! This seems crazy for a location like this.

Pros:I honestly felt like I stole from them for getting my room that cheap! It's a truly 5 star place it's close to everything you could want to do downtown! The staff is very friendly and amazing! The rooms are very nice and pretty big!
Pros:I chose Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park because of its location and good reputation. After my stay at the hotel I am glad that I made a right choice. When I was checking into the hotel there was some confusion about my reservation. I reserved two rooms but the hotel reservation system showed only one room under my name. After I presented my two hotel reservation vouchers and email communication the front desk manager quickly gave me two rooms without unnecessary delay (the room types were exactly what I requested when I made my reservation). The hotel front desk manager and staff were very courteous while they were trying to sort it out. I and my family had a great stay there. It's location and free room wi-fi connection were excellent.
Pros:The room was very comfortable and the hotel staff was fabulous. Really enjoyed our stay.
