Staff was rude. I handed my credit card and she told me she wanted a Major credit card. Told her that's a valid credit card, looked at my card and say I want a card with a Major bank My credit card was a MasterCard with a legitimate bank and a great credit line. She looked at me down. Pros (+) great room 415. spacious at the end of the hallway and quiet.
Cons (-) I had to keep logging into the internet which was frustrating as I was trying to work. Their internet kept bouncing me off. Same with the tv -- kept loosing signal or freezing.

Pros (+) The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Quick and easy check-in and out. Nice breakfast. The bedroom and bathroom was very clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) The hotels valet was not friendly, made me feel uncomfortable.

Pros (+) Room was nice, small, but convenient. Microwave, refrigerator, and nice staff. Was a great location.
Cons (-) The room was a little expensive for what you got. Was hoping for a larger room or some other amenities. Breakfast wasn't served until 7AM which means I had to miss it.

Pros (+) Easy 10 min walk to the Cubs game. Tons of stores and places to eat at. Great neighborhood and felt safe walking around at any time of night as there were always people out. Easy parking in attached garage. Would stay again.
