Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its convenient location near the city center and public transport. Many also found the beds comfortable. However, cleanliness was a major concern for several guests, with reports of dirty carpets, rooms, and breakfast utensils. Some rooms and facilities were described as dated and in need of renovation. Overall, while the service and location were highlights, improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.
