Easy and fast. Friendly employees. Would definitely use services again.They don't tell you about a $250 hold on your credit card when you pick up a vehicle. Would've been nice to know before hand.

I reserved a van in January for April 1. Went to pick it up and they said they didn’t have vans. Had to throw a fit and finally one came from 3 hours away.The van was filthy. Food. Sticky greasy. Junk inside. But I took it because I really needed it to leave on vacation. Horrible experience.

Double Check All Documents Before You LeaveQuick pick up. Clean car in good condition.When picking up the car, I said I was going to fill the car up myself. She went over the price and we were all set. Later on, I was looking at the receipt and noticed it was $40 more than I was told because the pre purchased tank option was selected. We called trying to fix it, but corporate just gave us the phone number to where we picked it up and they did not answer. Moral of the story, double check all documents, even if you are clear and they say the right price.

Great car but a hassleVery nice car. Clean, comfortable and well maintained.Service, if you could call it that. Hassle when called to pick up car, hassle when returned. Had rented for an employee and when I called to get the miles driven, you would think I asked for their first born. So disorganised, they had to call me back. First said they didn't know... Really???? I'm going to wait a couple days and check my credit card. Just don't trust the rental with all the disorganised paperwork and credit card scans. Even if they start renting a car for a dollar a day, I will choose another company.

Budget rentalLoved the Passat, with the exception of a seatbelt warning that kept going off without cause.Budgets drop off deadline policy. I was only two hours into my third day of the rental, and wanted to extend my drop of by an extra two hours. Budget informed me that that would incur another days charge. I find this predatory.

Excellent ExperienceI was able to book a car just the night before after a personal car emergency and it was such a nice relief to get a great price and a safe and reliable vehicle to get my family back home. Thank you Budget!I would have loved if the car rental location could have picked me up from my hotel just down the road, but we ended up using Uber and it worked perfectly.
